- For a general estimate idea for international shipping rate for is approximately: $16 USD for the first 1 KG, $23 USD for 1.5 KG, and $30 for 2 KG. These prices are based on past orders to the farthest destination processed through the most economical courier service we used. These amounts are for estimation purposes only. Exact shipping fees are unknown until the order has been processed.
- Exact shipping fees are calculated using destination (shipping address), the dimensions and/or weight of the package(s), the shipping method and the published shipping carrier & courier rates.
- Paying with Credit/Debit card:
- Credit/Debit cards are not charged until your order has been processed; at which time you will be charged only for products that are available (or are "Pre-Order"), along with any appropriate taxes and/or shipping charges.
- We do pre-authorize your order amount with your Credit/Debit card at the time you place the order.
- Paying through PayPal:
- PayPal will process your payment for the full order amount (including the Shipping Rate Estimate) at the time you place the order.
- When we process your order, we may adjust the amount charged to you such that you will be charged only for products that are available (or are "Pre-Order"), along with any appropriate taxes and/or shipping charges.
- International Air Mail: The shipping cost depends on country, Zip/Postal Code, and dimensions and/or weight of the package(s).
Customs Duties & Taxes:
- (Both domestic and international customers) You must clear your order with customs and you will be responsible for any taxes, fees or duties at your end.
Couriers & Tracking:
- If you provide us with a valid email address, we will send you a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. We shipwhichever courier provides the best combination of savings to you and reliability of delivery for your area / country.
Cannot Ship to P.O. Boxes
- Due to shipping carrier & courier restrictions we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time
Please order far enough in advance to allow for any delivery delays. We are not responsible for any carrier delays due to holidays or weather conditions. We rely on Postal/Carrier/Currier company to deliver your order on time. We do not offer reimbursements for delayed shipments. Refused Shipments/Failed Deliveries/Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
- Please make sure you give us the complete correct address (i.e. apartment or suite numbers) for your order so the Postal/Carrier/Currier company can deliver your package without any problems. You may be charged additional fees for address changes or rerouting.
- If you refuse or are unavailable to sign for your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged the additional return shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Shipments:
- If your order was signature required and is lost or stolen by the shipping courier we CAN send replacement product out at your cost and then if we receive claim money from the Postal/Carrier/Currier company for first order we will refund your card in full (this takes more than a few weeks). Replacement products must go signature required.
